Cucumber Mint Cooler
1 Handful of Spinach or Kale (if you are new to green drinks, use spinach)
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 apple (cored)
1 celery stalk
1 cup water (for more sweetness, use coconut water)
¼ cup of mint
1 tsp coconut oil
Blend & enjoy!
