Growing up, my mother struggled with depression and alcoholism. Watching her suffer, and being a child not knowing how to help, was painful for me. She passed away when I was 13. I was never able to see her overcome her challenges and live in good health. Today, my mother serves as my greatest inspiration to support others in finding balance, peace and vitality in this often chaotic and arduous life. I believe that anyone can overcome their own obstacles to optimal health, through self-awareness, obtaining the right tools and finding excellent support on their wellness journey. It’s my personal mission to help others learn the tools to heal from within, and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
I teach yoga to educate others on how to connect to their physical body and access the place of stillness that resides within all of us. I educate others about wellness practices because I believe in the power to heal from within.
Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
